Really? [He's not exactly surprised by the concept. He knows that there are places and cultures like that. It's just always interesting to meet people who have different relationships with food.] I don't think there's anything you have to eat raw. I mean, you can throw sugar or cinnamon on pretty much anything you want and it'll be a different experience. You don't have to be a professional to appreciate seasonings, either!
