Yeah! I've added wood whittling to my list this week, though it's slow progress. I keep thinking I'm gonna cut myself. You should see my room -- it's a total disaster zone.

... A goldfish. Ishmael mentioned she liked them, and... we're back to being on less than good terms, so I wanted to make her something. Though I don't think it's possible for us to be friends.

We have a lot of similarities. But she holds a grudge about as well as my boss does, and we don't get along either. I'd just like her to be able to see for me someday.

It's more of the now that's important! It isn't like Ishmael and I knew each other before, after all. She just has justified problems with my workplace and... while I don't see how it matters here, it does to her.

You said the two of you didn't know each other before, so that makes it a mere handful of months that you've known each other. Hardly enough time to drastically change someone's opinion of you.

Not compared to some of us. I landed pretty badly on my ankle and had to wear a brace for a week and a half, but I have an ability that lets me heal a little as long as I give it a bite to eat in return.
